We didn't have enough toilet paper. We were supposed to have a sofa bed only was not one just the johnny bed which messed upwardly our sleeping arrangements. Had no coating for Johnny bed simply sheets. No linen to wash dishes. Ice from ice motorcar tasted horrible leaving all drinks nasty. 10 flooring hot tub was COLD..not warm or hot...COLD. I asked to be put on 16 flooring was put on fourteen. I stayed one other time on sixteen flooring rooms are nicer on that flooring and bigger although layed out pretty much the aforementioned.
The location being closer to northward end. The breakfast lady was awesome so sweet. The inside hot tub was very relaxing.

bathroom had hair everywhere stove was nasty the kickoff nighttime the hot tubs were disgusting, only they ended upwards clean the terminal night I asked for a king room and got a total 🙄

I would suggest that a major cleaning be washed periodically. In order to be consider excellent, elevators, hallways, floors and carpets could use ameliorate cleaning techniques. Non plenty Attempt is there; I could clean improve in a matter of minutes not even a big time investment would give a better result.
Location was keen, amenities were nice. Our room had everything to make y'all very comfortable. Since breakfast is pretty skilful, you should allow 2nds for hot foods, it's courteous.

"Good hotel on a budget!"
I saw h2o bugs/ roaches around the puddle area. Behind the beds and dressers were dirty. I hated the narrow driveway in and out of the hotel.
They had a hot breakfast with a chef to serve yous. The pools were overnice. The view from the room was beautiful! The room was nice. They gave you the selection of having an extended check-out time if you need information technology. It was $40 I think, not so bad, but we didn't stay the whole fourth dimension and couldn't get any money back. And then simply employ this if you tin stay the actress time.

Lift were nether repair missing lenses and lights. Shower had a long slice of hair in information technology and constantly dripped. Hot breakfast was sub par i guest exercise to covid restrictions.
View was great able to lookout sunrise. Heated puddle and hot tub was lovely.

"we will not come back to the hotel."
kitchen facilities need to be updated. nonstick pans are scratched and the shape is atrocious. The glass chapeau tin can't embrace it. the microwave door was broken. We were wake up midnight, was asked to walk to lobby past stairs from 11th flooring at 3:15 am, at 37F temperature. The side by side dark was power outage from 9pm, last around two hours. The hotel didn't even say a word of lamentable for the inconvenience.

"We were able to relax and go some much needed repose time."
The staff was super friendly but the room was poorly cleaned. The dresser and nightstands had dingy spots. The tub had a huge stain. unfortunately nosotros seen two roaches also. I know everywhere's short staffed right at present, so I tried to keep that in mind.
The hotel had a pool and hot tub on 10th floor and nosotros stayed on the tenth floor.

"Wonderful quick getaway."
It was not spacious. The kitchen was not stocked.
It was not spacious but we had all the space we needed. I loved the layout. The staff that I interacted with were and then nice, they treated my kids and me like family.

Facility needs renovation and cleaning. Entrance and exit off parking garage are dangerously narrow.

"crawly simply wish puddle rules were in-forced, so everyone could savor pool area."
pool area was overtaken by 2 or iii family's that would drink and not watch there children letting them spring in pool around other people and children, had to leave multiple times with my 2yr old,
staff was amazing, likewise I booked wrong bed size was upgraded at no charge.
